How selling to QuickLine works
Four steps, no repairs and no listing. Here is exactly what happens between sending us an address and signing at closing.
1. Tell us about the property
Start with the address and a few details about the home — condition, occupancy and the timeline you have in mind. It takes about a minute, and nothing you send commits you to anything.
2. We review and follow up
We look at the property, its location and what comparable homes in the area have sold for. If we need more detail, we call or text. Some properties we walk; others we can evaluate from photos and information you provide.
3. Review a cash offer
If the property fits what we buy, we present numbers along with the reasoning behind them. You can ask questions, take time to think, compare it against a traditional listing, or say no.
4. Close on your timeline
Closing runs through escrow and title, the same as any sale. You pick the date — quickly if that helps, or weeks out if you need to coordinate a move.
What a direct sale does and does not include
Selling directly means there is no listing, no MLS photography, no open houses and no buyer walking the property with an agent. Because you are selling to the buyer rather than marketing to one, there is typically no agent commission on your side; any closing costs are set out in the purchase agreement.
It also means the offer reflects the condition of the property and the work it would need. A direct sale trades some of the top-of-market price a fully renovated, well-marketed listing might reach for speed, certainty and the ability to skip preparation entirely. For some homeowners that trade makes sense. For others, a traditional listing is the better route, and we will say so.
QuickLine is a direct property buyer, not a brokerage, and we do not provide legal, tax or financial advice. For questions about an estate, a title issue or your tax situation, a qualified professional is the right place to go.
